Practice content

We will practice mainly on old martial arts (jujutsu).

Ko-ryu is a martial art that has been handed down from ancient times in Japan.

By losing strength, we aim to learn how to use the body and use it efficiently.

Lose strength

By eliminating the force, for example, the muscle spindle / tendon spindle sensor in the muscle works better, the physical sensation and the reaction of the body improve, the body can be used efficiently, and even a small force can perform the technique. You can call or control the opponent.

For this practice, you first need to be aware of it. You should always pay attention to your physical strength, be aware of your physical balance, and train from standing.

Ancient martial arts (jujutsu)

It's hard to understand when it comes to Ko-ryu, but I hope you can imagine Aikido.

Shake it off when you grab your arm, escape safely when you grab your chest, or dodge punches and throw.

It's like that.

Recently, I've been practicing cane art.

I also practice batting using karate and boxing techniques.

To learn self-defense, you have to practice dealing with live punches and kicks.

To do this, you need to practice with someone who can use live punches and kicks.

Let's practice for each other!

Ground fighting

With self-defense in mind, it's best to have plenty of drawers.

It's not like the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Dojo, but it does practice simple ground fighting.

It's pretty interesting to try!
